You may request a return within 30 days of confirmed delivery. Contact support@alphaluxshop.com before sending a product back so we can provide instructions and confirm eligibility.

Return condition

Items should be returned with their original components, accessories, and packaging. Products damaged through misuse, unauthorized modification, or improper packing may not qualify for a full refund.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected. Bank processing times vary.

Warranty

ALPHALUX products include a two-year limited warranty against covered manufacturing defects. Warranty service does not replace rights available under applicable consumer law.
