Skin appearance
This 2025 trial studied a 660 nm LED mask in 95 women. Image analysis found changes in selected wrinkle measurements, while the clinical wrinkle scale found no significant difference between groups. The mixed endpoints matter when interpreting the result.

This 2007 study enrolled 76 people and compared three light settings with sham treatment. It reported changes in measured wrinkles, elasticity, and tissue markers after the study protocol. It did not test an ALPHALUX device.
