Where we ship

ALPHALUX currently ships online orders to addresses in the United States and Canada.

Shipping charges

United States orders have a flat USD $20 shipping charge. Canada orders have a flat USD $50 shipping charge. Taxes, import duties, or local charges may apply depending on the destination.

Delivery estimate

Estimated delivery is within 10 business days after order processing. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by customs, carrier delays, weather, or address issues.

Tracking and support

Tracking details will be sent to the email used at checkout when available. Contact support@alphaluxshop.com if an order has not arrived within the expected window.
